6. Your Account
All applicants must be over 18 years of age to register with To Play Central (Ltd). We reserve the right to ask for Your proof of age and suspend Your account until satisfactory documentation is provided.
All information supplied when registering on our Website must be accurate and complete in all respects. To Play Central (Ltd) reserves the right to confirm Your address by posting an address verification letter to You or by contacting You via e-mail. 6.12 No Minors

6.13 Account Dormancy
Should an account remain dormant or inactive with no account transactions for a period exceeding 30 months and where the account also has a balance, To Play Central (Ltd) shall attempt to contact You with a view to return any remaining funds. Should this not be possible, the remaining balance (if any) within that account shall be remitted to the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).
Aside from any play through requirement, in our lone and absolute discretion, You may lose any bonuses and winnings derived from such bonuses if these monies are not used by You at the Casino for a period of six (6) months from the date on which such bonus(es) were issued to You.
Further to this, all Loyalty points awarded by the Casino shall be viewed as Bonuses and the non-use of these will be applied.
6.14 Inter-Account Transfers
The transfer of funds between individual accounts is strictly prohibited.

7. Payment Details / Withdrawals
7.1 Identification Checks
To Play Central (Ltd) reserves the right to ask You for verification documents upon deposits made via credit or debit card and / or prior to executing a withdrawal. This includes, but is not limited to two (2) copies of:
- Copy of photographic identification documents, such as a Passport or Driver’s License
- Documents confirming residence such as a bank statement or utility bill no older than 3 months.
(These details MUST match the details listed in Your account profile (name, address, phone number and email address)
7.2 Credit Checks
To Play Central (Ltd) reserves the right to run credit checks on all Cardholders with third party credit agencies on the basis of the information provided on registration.
It is the Cardholder's responsibility to retain copies of transaction records and Website policies and rules. It is also the Cardholder's responsibility to know the laws concerning online gambling in the country of domicile. Further to this all transactions (purchases and withdrawals) will reflect as “twentyfourseven” on your bank statement.
7.4.1 Registered Accounts
Any withdrawals that are made by bank wire or cheque will only be payable to the name used when registering with the site and if a debit or credit card has been used to deposit funds the name must correspond to the name registered on the card. There may be charges incurred for withdrawals. Funds must be withdrawn with the same method used for depositing, up to the amount of the deposit. 7.4.2 eCheck Processing

7.6 Limitations of withdrawals
For your own security you can only withdraw a maximum of 10,000 euro (or currency equivalent) during any 24 hours. All progressive wins are exempt from this clause.
Where a sign-up Bonus has been credited to you, and after meeting all wagering requirements, you will be limited to a maximum withdrawal value of 6 times your first deposit amount and any remaining balance will be forfeited. All progressive wins are exempt from this clause.
Players whose withdrawal is 5 times or more than their lifetime deposits across the Casino Group will only be able to withdraw their winnings at a sum of 4,000 Euro (or currency equivalent) per week. The remaining amount will be returned back in the player's account until eligible for a further withdrawal. This clause does not apply to progressive wins.
7.7 Purchase Confirmations
Please be aware that all purchases are held in the name of the casino, until such time that they become settled by the bank.
Therefore, please note: a person attempting to make a deposit on our site will only become a valid player once a transaction has been fully settled via the player’s bank and the funds are reflected in the Casino’s bank account. 12.2 No warranties

In the event of a casino system malfunction all wagers are void. Refunds may be given solely at the discretion of To Play Central (Ltd) management.
12.4.1 Scratch card refunds
For all scratch card games in which You (the player) participate, it shall be deemed that this scratch card has been utilised at the purchase of it. You will not be permitted to any refund, substitution or any scratch procedure, whether You have progressed to scratch the underlying symbol or not.
12.4.2 Deposit refunds
The casino will not be liable to refund any deposits from payment gateways that (for reasons known or unknown) do not reflect in Your gaming account until such time the Casino has identified the funds and they have cleared and reflect in the bank account of the Casino. 12.5 Systems Malfunction

Nothing in this Agreement will operate so as to exclude any liability of the Company for fraud, death or personal injury that is caused by the Company's negligence.
14. Availability of Offers
All Player offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, etc.), and shared computer, e.g. school, public library or workplace. 14.2 Offer recall

15. Collection of winnings
Winnings are added in the selected currency for Your account to the cleared balance of Your account. These Terms and Conditions are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Malta and You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta to settle any disputes (including claims for set off and counterclaims) which may arise in connection with the creation, validity, effect, interpretation or performance of, or the legal relationships established by or otherwise arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions.
18. Financial Institution
18.1 No interest
To Play Central (Ltd) is not a financial institution and thus any deposits made into Your account are not due any interest payments on the deposit(s) whatsoever.
18.2 No legal or tax advice

18.3 No arbitrage

19.8 Entire Agreement

Before any withdrawals are processed, Your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns.
