How to Submit Your Documents

You can send electronic copies (pdf) or high-quality photos of your documents. When photographing your documents, make sure that the image is focused, and all the four corners of the document are clearly visible. Illegible or cropped documents won’t be accepted.

To submit these for verification, simply email the required documents to (or reply to the email we sent you). Please make sure to email us from the email address that you have registered with us and include your username in the body of the email – this will allow us to validate that it’s really you!

The information and documentation you submit will be stored and treated in a secure manner at all times.

How Long Will It Take to Process Your Documents?

You can expect to hear from us within three working days, letting you know whether or not your documentation has been accepted. If it’s accepted, you’re all done! However, the time to complete the process may vary if the submitted documentation is incomplete, low quality (eg blurred, illegible or cropped) or doesn’t meet the criteria.
