In certain cases, Lucky247 will ask players to provide certain documents in order to validate their account information. We do this to ensure you are who you say you are. Here we explain what is required and how to send your documents to us.

Once we receive your documents, it takes our review team between 24 and 48 hours to get back to you. We will send you a confirmation email once the process has been completed.

Please note: in some circumstances, we may need to close your account temporarily until the review has been completed. All requested documents must be approved before any withdrawal requests can be processed.

  • Please remove your ID from any protective sleeves, wallets or plastic covers.
  • For passports, both the photo page and facing page must be shown in full.
  • The document must be clear and fully legible.
  • The copy must show the entire document, no corners or edges missing.
  • The document must be valid and not expired.
  • If the name on the ID does not match the name in your account, additional documentation must be provided such as a marriage certificate or other supporting information.

Drivers Licence

  • Provisional licences are accepted.
  • For drivers licence, photo page must be shown in full.
  • The document must be clear and fully legible.
  • The copy must show the entire document, no corners or edges missing.
  • The document must be valid and not expired.
  • If the name on the ID does not match the name in your account, additional documentation must be provided such as a marriage certificate or other supporting information.

Proof of Address

Utility Bill Details

  • The following are all accepted: Bank statements. Utility bills such as gas, electricity or water. Mobile phone bills. Official government correspondence.
  • The correspondence must be no more than 6 months old.
  • We accept electronic copies (such as PDFs) and high-quality scans or photos.
  • The statement/bill must show your name and full address.
  • The entire document must be shown in full, but any unrelated transaction information may be obscured.

To send in your documents


  • By Email - Reply to the email we sent requesting your documents with your attached digital photos or scans.
  • By Post - Take a copy of your documents and post it to the address provided on the email you received.
